We only accept exchanges for rugs within 2 days of delivery, a 200AED exchange fee will apply when exchanging the rug outside UAE and 100AED in Dubai Emirate.
Please note that some items are natural elements which will contain variances in color, shape, texture, patterns, and markings this is what makes these items beautiful and one of a kind.

FREE DELIVERY IN DUBAI EMIRATE
A 300AED delivery charge will be applied for shipping for outside Dubai Emirate. A 200AED delivery charge will be applied for rugs shipped outside Dubai Emirate. Currently we do not ship outside the UAE, if you require shipping outside the UAE it will have to be arranged yourself and we are not liable for any items once they have left our warehouse.
Accessories such as vases, candles, ceramics and pampas requires in store pick up only. We are unable to offer shipping for these items.
LEAD TIME
Our lead time is 14 working days from date of order. We have a 7-10 days lead time for mirrors and 2-4 days for rugs.
For designs which are bespoke or have been customized our lead time is around 2-3 weeks.
We will always do our best to ensure quick lead times, if you require an item for a certain date, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our customer service team will contact you a day before you delivery is due. If you require to select a delivery date we offer scheduled delivery for 100AED.
