Refund Policy

All our pieces are bespoke and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Our standard set size rugs can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery with the exception of our teddy rugs which cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We charge a 100 AED fee for rug exchanges in Dubai Emirate and a 200 AED fee for exchanges for all other Emirates in the UAE.

Please ensure you have checked sizes and colors before completing your order, and note natural materials can vary in color and pattern.
